Phoenix believes that the extra effort and attention that our personnel give to the details of each project makes a qualitative difference to our clients, as well as to third parties, including the community.

Warranty and Customer Satisfaction

Phoenix is committed to customer satisfaction after construction is complete and throughout the warranty period. Phoenix ensures that the work performed under contract conforms to contract requirements and is free of defect in equipment, material, or workmanship performed by Phoenix or any subcontractor or supplier in compliance with warranty terms from the date of final acceptance.

When selecting vendors and subcontractors, our procurement policy includes standard formats for RFPs to ensure consistency, fairness to bidders, and contract compliance. Any special requirements of the solicitation such as insurance, bonding, performance penalty, or necessary warranty terms are clearly specified. Upon completion of project performance, cost control measures include confirmation of receipt for all subcontractor warranties. Phoenix provides our customers the assurance that we stand by our work and will make sure manufacturers and vendors meet warranty obligations should any issues arise.

Quality Assurance Program

The Phoenix Quality Assurance Program establishes the standards under which Phoenix manages activities affecting quality. The scope of this program includes site and home office activities for the completion of construction. Included are the quality assurance methods and site verification for procurement, construction, installation and start-up test and turnover requirements of all work performed by Phoenix and its subcontractors.
